FROM DOWNTOWN ROCHESTER

Head north on State Street until it turns into Lake Avenue. Just past Cherry Road, turn right at the next stoplight onto Boxart Street. At the bottom of the hill, drive straight into the 100 Boxart Street parking lot. During business hours please park in the front lot near the driveway entrance. Evening parking is unrestricted. Enter the building through the double glass doors labeled with the circular "Boxart Business Park" logo and follow the signs up to the studio. 

FROM THE WEST SIDE OF ROCHESTER

Take 490 East to 390 North until it ends at Ontario State Parkway. Head East (right) on the Parkway. At the end of the Parkway turn right onto Lake Avenue, at the stoplight. After passing Charlotte Appliances, turn left at the next stoplight onto Boxart Street.  At the bottom of the hill, drive straight into the 100 Boxart Street parking lot. During business hours please park in the front lot near the driveway entrance. Evening parking is unrestricted. Enter the building through the double glass doors labeled with the circular "Boxart Business Park" logo and follow the signs up to the studio.

FROM THE EAST SIDE OF ROCHESTER

Take 590 North to 104 West. Turn right onto Lake Avenue. Just past Cherry Road, turn right at the next stoplight onto Boxart Street. At the bottom of the hill, drive straight into the 100 Boxart Street parking lot. During business hours please park in the front lot near the driveway entrance. Evening parking is unrestricted. FROM IRONDEQUOIT

Cross the new Col. Patrick O'Rorke Bridge into Charlotte and make a left onto Lake Avenue. After passing Charlotte Appliances, turn left at the next stoplight onto Boxart Street.  At the bottom of the hill, drive straight into the 100 Boxart Street parking lot. During business hours please park in the front lot near the driveway entrance. Evening parking is unrestricted.
